In keeping with our mission of empowering our members to commit to fitness, we have created an extension of the workouts that we do in our state of the art studios. Our on-the-go virtual workout series, Reinvent You, is a four-part series that targets all of your muscles for an intense full-body workout. The series features Reinvent Arms & Abs, Reinvent Legs & Butt, Reinvent Cardio, and Reinvent Chair. Don’t forget to pack your easy-to-carry ChaiseFitness resistance band (or a substitute medium resistance band that’s at least 60 inches in length).
