Chaise allowed me to challenge my mind and body in ways I have never challenged them before. Having not come from a dance oriented background I was intimidated at first to take on the challenges Chaise presented to me, but with the guidance and motivation from the instructors I found myself getting stronger and stronger every week. I have never experienced more positive results with my body than I have with Chaise. I learned about body awareness and strength building, and now not only do I love how I look on the outside, but I feel amazing on the inside. Healthier, stronger and overall happier, thanks to the great support and motivation from the Chaise family.
