Where are you from?
Cohoes, New York (a suburb outside of Albany)

What was your professional background prior to teaching at ChaiseFitness?
Technically, I went to school for Business Management and Marketing, and received my B.S. from Fordham University (GO RAMS!). Out of college, I worked for a renowned real estate company in Manhattan as a Marketing Associate and started teaching fitness classes part-time. I was always an athlete; a competitive cheerleader, a soccer player, and I ran half marathons. I was so engaged with the fitness industry right from the beginning that I decided to make it my career once I found ChaiseFitness and the Reinvention Method.

If you could have one superpower, what would yours be?
Super Speed :) Mostly so I could get more done in a day and didn’t have to worry about commuting!

Describe your teaching/training style in 3 words
Precise, energetic, strong

What is your favorite pump-up song?
Honestly anything with Beyoncé or Jay-Z. “Formation” by Beyoncé, as of late, has been on repeat for me.

What is your favorite athletic brand?
This question is too hard for me—I have a fitness clothing shopping problem! I love Candida Maria, Sweaty Betty and Koral Activewear right now. But if you ask me in another month, some of that may change!

Favorite ChaiseFitness class?
My favorite class right now is a tie between ChaiseBands and Chaise Bootcamp. I love pikes, and I think the arm work in the bands class (especially shoulders and biceps) is really focused and makes me feel like I’ve worked really hard on my upper body!

What do you love most about the Reinvention Method?
I love how even when you have been doing the class for a while, there are always ways to challenge yourself and engage your muscles even deeper. I find the longer you do it, the more precise you get and the harder it is.
