At ChaiseFitness, we believe that anyone can be fit—no matter what skill level or body type.
This belief inspired the creation of our patented Reinvention Method, which is for everyone—the athlete, the dancer, the beginner, the advanced, the rebuilder. We blend Pilates, ballet, and strength training and equip you with a pilates chair, overhead bungees, and resistance bands so that are engaging in full body workouts with each move. Through the use of the overhead bungee system and resistance bands each class type focuses on building long, lean muscles, improving posture and spinal health, and core stability and strength. Our classes sizes are limited to 5 people per class to ensure personalzied corrections and a focus on form and technique.
