Our Classes

At ChaiseFitness, we believe that anyone can be fit—no matter what skill level or body type.

This belief inspired the creation of our patented Reinvention Method, which is for everyone—the athlete, the dancer, the beginner, the advanced, the rebuilder. We blend Pilates, ballet, and strength training and equip you with a pilates chair, overhead bungees, and resistance bands so that are engaging in full body workouts with each move. Through the use of the overhead bungee system and resistance bands each class type focuses on building long, lean muscles, improving posture and spinal health, and core stability and strength. Our classes sizes are limited to 5 people per class to ensure personalzied corrections and a focus on form and technique.

BandSculpt 

3 levels of resistance bands. 1 Mat. Those are the only things you’ll need to feel the burn in this class. In BandsSculpt you will continually engage your core while sculpting and lengthening the entire body. Blending Pilates and ballet movements you will work in a slower controlled pace to target each muscle group. Your muscles will feel well defined and stronger after just one class!

Reinvention Chair

In our signature class, you will sculpt and lengthen your entire body with one of our pilates chairs utilizing it’s pedal, springs and platform. You will also use our overhead bungee system, which adds extra resistance to help continually engage your core. This class is an awesome way to build long lean muscles and burn those calories and fat. *Sneakers required. Must arrive 15-minutes early to first class for equipment introduction.

Strength Chair

Combining our Reinvention Chair class with weight training to work through signature and brand new Chaise moves. This class has a specific focus on body weight exercises to increase bone density, improve balance, and strength your core. End the class on the mat with an extra emphasis on pilates core work. *Sneakers required. Must arrive 15-minutes early to your first chair class for equipment introduction. 

BalletSculpt

Inspired by our Ballet Bungee™ class, in this ballet-inspired class, you'll use various props to create long lean muscles like our overhead bungees, light hand and ankle weights. This toning focused class will challenge your core, improve posture, balance and flexibility. Pliés, tendus and attitudes will boost your heart rate as you work to sculpt your muscles like a ballet pro. No ballet experience required!

Total Mat Burn

We have taken a mat, hand weights, and a ball and amped up your traditional Pilates mat class. A full body workout that gives you the ultimate Chaise burn. *Socks or barefoot

Pilates Mat

This Open level, Pilates mat class will strengthen, lengthen, and tone your full body. It will increase your endurance and flexibility. We will focus on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and improving coordination and balance. Some classes may incorporate props to assist you and make the exercises more challenging. *Socks or Bare feet.
