Class Reservations

Click HERE to view the Class schedule, create an online profile and sign up for your classes. Need more assistance? Email or call to book with our front desk staff. Classes open for booking 2 weeks in advance.

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for Classes. If you cancel your reservation within 12-hours of class it is considered a “Late Cancel” and you will lose the single/class from the package. If you cancel before the 12-hour period that class will be returned to your account for future use. For safety reasons, latecomers will not be admitted to class.

Our classes are 45-minutes long.
Private Sessions

All Private and Duet Sessions are booked through the front desk. Please call 212-744-6100 or email ues@chaisefitness.com and we can review your goals and scheduling needs.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for Privates and Duets. If you cancel your reservation within 24-hours of the session it is considered a “Late Cancel” and you will lose the single/session from the package. If you cancel before the 24-hour period that session will be returned to your account for future use.

Private and Duet sessions are 50-minutes long.

Consistency is key when it comes to achieving your goals. Many of our clients book weekly standing appointments to create consistency in their schedule. We recommend that you try to workout with us 2-3 times per week. You can book all Private Sessions, mix in Classes, or try our On Demand membership for at-home workouts.

When these concerns arise, we recommend talking to a medical professional before beginning any fitness routine. If you have clearance to workout, we recommend starting with our Intro 3-Pack of Privates to try our different fitness offerings, such as traditional Pilates, TRX, or the Reinvention Method. All of our staff are highly qualified and have continuing education to ensure your needs are being met in a safe and effective manner.
Reinvention Method

The fusion of workouts that make up the Reinvention Method will put all of your muscles to work. As a member of the ChaiseFitness community, you will always be challenged to build your strong self. Your flexibility, stability, posture and overall muscle tone will also improve.

In our Reinvention Classes you are equipped with a Pilates chair (consisting of a pedal, platform, and springs) and overhead bungees, which redefines your body by increasing extension through your spine, lengthening your muscles, and strengthening your core. Our other classes incorporate resistance bands and light weights to empower you to build a long lean physique without bulking up. Our classes are a fusion of Pilates, ballet, and resistance training; offering low-impact workouts that will constantly challenge your mind body connection.
General

Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to easily move and stretch your body. Private sessions you can wear socks or be barefoot. Some classes require sneakers.

We have a water filter station available for use, please bring your own refillable water bottle. If you need a towel for your session please bring one from home.

We love welcoming new clients to our studio and method, no experience is required! If it has been a while since you have worked out or have injuries we recommend starting with private sessions to allow the instructor to personalize each session and slowly introduce new fitness modalities to keep challenging your body.

You have 3 ways to workout with us!
1. Private Sessions- Email Us to schedule your first 3 private sessions with our Intro 3 Pack $270 offer. We recommend trying different instructors, different types of workouts before committing to a weekly schedule or class. This will be your most personalized option where your exact goals can be met, your body will continue to be challenged, and your sessions will change with your needs.
2. Classes - Learn more about our class offerings, check out the class schedule HERE and our class types HERE. We keep our classes small in order to focus on form and technique. Our Reinvention Method classes are based on our patented method, ensuring that you will get a truly unique, individualized, and body transforming experience.
3. On Demand - Workout from the comfort of your home anywhere, anytime. Sign up for the 2 week FREE trial to experience the Chaise method specially created to do at home, with minimal equipment, with workouts ranging from 10-45 minutes. A new workout is released each week!
