 Private Pilates

We offer Pilates private and duet sessions using the traditional Pilates equipment and technique developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century; the reformer, tower, cadillac, chair and barrel. Using the fundamentals of Pilates we focus on helping you build a stronger core and mind body connection to live a better, stronger, more active lifestyle. All of our teachers have completed comprehensive Pilates mat and apparatus certifications. We can also pair you with instructors that have certifications in injury rehabilitation, pre and post-natal, and protocols of osteoporosis.

 Reinvention Method

The Reinvention Method blends Pilates, ballet, and strength training and equips you with a pilates chair, overhead bungees, and resistance bands so that you are engaging in full body workouts with each move. Through the use of the overhead bungee system and resistance bands each session focuses on building long, lean muscles, improving posture and spinal health, and core stability and strength.

 TRX

Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It benefits people of all fitness levels from pro athletes to seniors.
